Highest Security in Power Distribution: Digital and Durable
The CUAV CAN PDB is an integrated power management solution developed for large-scale and high-value UAV platforms. Unlike traditional PDBs, it processes voltage and current data instantaneously thanks to its onboard STM32 processor and digitally transmits it to the autopilot (FC) via the DroneCAN bus. This digital architecture enables the autopilot to monitor battery status with centimeter-level precision, unaffected by electromagnetic noise generated by motors and high-current components.
CAN PDB Key Features
-
DroneCAN (UAVCAN) Integration: All telemetry data is transmitted digitally. It maximizes flight safety by eliminating signal drift and erroneous reading risks found in analog systems.
-
110A Continuous Current Capacity: With a continuous current carrying capacity of 110 Amps (200A instantaneous), it reliably powers heavy-lift multirotors and VTOL systems.
-
Wide Voltage Range (15V - 62V): Supports a wide range of LiPo batteries from 4S to 14S. Ideal for industrial spraying and cargo drones.
-
Integrated Power Module Function: Does not require an external power module (PMU); it can measure voltage and current on its own and directly power the autopilot (Pixhawk V6X, Nora, etc.).
-
Industrial Protection and Isolation: Thanks to high-quality components and an optimized multi-layer PCB design, it rapidly dissipates heat and provides full protection against electrical fluctuations.
